Karisma Foundation as civil society organizations engaged in social, especially HIV-AIDS and Addiction, currently requires qualified individuals and has a passion for doing work with community empowerment through the HIV-AIDS in the community of Injecting Drug Users (IDU ) in East Jakarta.

Positions are required:
FIELD OFFICERS (PL)
 
Experience in the field at least 1 year
 
Understanding of the HIV-AIDS
 
Able to communicate well
 
Mastering jakarta area
 
Not use illegal drugs
 
Ability to work in a team
 
Has the vehicle itself will be more value

 
TEAM LEADER (TL)
 
Experience in conducting outreach to HIV-AIDS Harm Reduction least 2 years
 
Have the soul of leadership
 
Ability to build team cooperation
 
Able to communicate in a team
 
Have a Certificate of Training Outreach will be more value
 
Mastering the area of East Jakarta
 
Not use illegal drugs

 
Peer Support (PS) 
Experience in the field of HIV - AIDS
 
Have the ability to provide support in accordance with the needs of clients
 
Experienced in mentoring
 
Can be going to the access network with referral agencies
 
Able to communicate well
 
Willing to be placed on a referral hospital or health center in cooperation with the Karisma  Foundation
 
Referring and linking PLWHA with service CST
 
Coordinate with the Field Officer
