Compassion Indonesia, an International Christian Ministry for Children Development, is seeking for highly motivated staff (Bandung Office) for the position below:

Tours and Visit Specialist For The Group (TVS)

Specific Requirements:

Experience min-4 years in Christian/Social ministry dealing with children/youth
Fluent in both written and spoken English, with excellent communications and interpersonal skills, especially across cultures.
Comfortable communicating in English in front of large groups.
Formal education min S1-Degree in hotel management/hospitality industry, marketing, public relations or other communications field or demonstratedsatisfactory experience in trip hosting.
Strong customer service mindset and understanding of the sponsor/donor communications needs-what moves them to deeper understanding of poverty and deeper commitment to advocacy and action on behalf of poor children.
Public relations experience or demonstrated aptitude for being Compassion's front-line ambassador in the field. Demonstrates hospitality and care for others.
Solid understanding of and sensitivity toward poverty, the child and the significance of the sponsor-child relationship.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with ability to be flexible and respond to changing variables (weather, road conditions, visitor illness, etc), including high-stress situations.
Able to operate Microsoft Office.
Ability to make sound judgement with little supervision. Proven skills in negotiation.
Ability to travel on a regular basis (40-60%).
