Plan Indonesia is looking for a dynamic Indonesian national to fill the position of:

The Team Leader will be responsible to provide conceptual, technical and managerial assistance to support the STBM ( Sanitasi Total Berbasis Masyarakat ) Field Facilitator (STBMFF) in STBM implementation.

 

University degree in public health/environmental engineering

 

5-7 years experience on Water Sanitation Projects

 

Experience with CLTS triggering and promotion STBM in his/her current line of work

 

Strong skills in teamwork, strategic planning and experience in promoting and developing learning in area of expertise

 

Computer literate

 

Strong English skills
