Yayasan Compassion East Indonesia is an International Children Ministry which focus on Holistic Child development located in Manado, North Sulawesi.
Yayasan Compassion East Indonesia invites applicants for the following positions:
Leadership Development Program Specialist (code : LDPS) – Manado (Sulawesi Utara)
Requirements:
- Mature person and is above reproach in integrity and honesty
- Bachelor degree in Education, Leadership Development or Youth Ministry
- A minimum of three years experience in education, leadership development or youth
- Ministries
- Experience in young adult ministry (college-age)
- Ability to develop positive and trusting cross-cultural relationships
- Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, written, public speaking)
- Ability to organize and track large amounts of data
- Ability to contextualize scholarly material for educational and training purposes
- Ability to use information technology; knowledge of research applications; experience in the
- use of the Internet and presentation software
- Intermediate knowledge of English
- Commit for non smoking, no drugs, no alcohol and no misconduct sex behavior
- Willing to be based in Manado
Training Specialist (code : TS) – Manado (Sulawesi Utara)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Adult Education, Training, Facilitation, or related area of expertise.
- Four years experience in Adult Education, Training, Facilitation or related area of expertise; with knowledge and experience of child development and social research methods
- Strong group facilitation skills
- Experience in designing, implementing and evaluating training programs in a way to meet others needs
- Ability to facilitate multiple content subject matters through multiple methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in small and medium sized groups
- Computer proficiency, experience with the Internet, applications of Microsoft Office and presentation and publication software
- Able to work collaboratively, cross-culturally, inter-denominationally and cross- organizationally
- Intermediate English skills are preferred
- Willing to be based in Manado
- Commit for non smoking, no drugs, no alcohol and no misconduct sex behavior
