Are you interested in a role that combines your interest in local and international development issues and your administration skills? Australian Volunteers International has an opening for an Administration officer to help support the development and growth of our program in Indonesia.


This is a two year position in Jakarta with the main roles and responsibilities being:
 
To support the Country Manager and Program Officer by providing quality administration support for the AVI Volunteer Program in Indonesia
 
Accreditation and Visas (including managing Government relationships), initial accommodation, and other logistic support for volunteer assignments.
 
Provide reception and administrative coordination for the office 
 
Maintaining Database and filing systems 
 
Manage Program Office Funds
 
Manage contractors

 
We would like to hear from candidates interested in working for AVI, who can address the following criteria:
 
Proven experience in office/program administration
 
Experience in managing relationships and Government protocols and processes
 
Experience in developing and maintaining information/data systems (database/filing)
 
Experience in the management of funds (Petty Cash)
 
Strong verbal and written skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
